Frequently Asked Questions – FAQ

1. What are the differences between The Emotion Code / Body Code and the westernized medical/drug industry?

Western Medicine focuses on “TREATING” symptoms
Emotion Code / Body Code gets to the “ROOT-CAUSE” of symptoms

2. Will the Emotion Code / Body Code work for me if I don't know anything about energy healing?

Whether you are new to energy healing or experienced, the techniques described in my sessions are designed to awaken your potential to restore health and wellness. While I can’t guarantee your results, I think you’ll be pleased!

The Emotion Code / Body CodeTM has helped thousands of people create a profound shift in their emotional and physical well being.

3. What if someone doesn't believe this works?

It will be very difficult to help people like this, but not impossible.

If someone does not want it to work, or doesn’t believe it works, this can often affect your results.

Being open minded will give you better results.

4. How many sessions do I need?

This question is asked frequently, and it really varies between each person. A single session can be effective and allow you to experience the results of this work. Typically, we recommend 3-5 sessions.

Depending on how severe your case is, time will vary.

I have seen results with my clients from 1 session up to a few months of work together.

5. How soon can I expect results?

Restoration and balance happens in layers. You cannot force it, and it’s not possible to provide any guarantees. Some people have what they consider a “miraculous” outcome the first time they utilize The Body Code. Others take several weeks or months before their main concern may be resolved.

For some people it is subtle, and for others they experience immediate change Sometimes the more serious the problem is, the longer it can take to get results. But that is not always the case! Just stick with it and allow changes to happen.

The body will release as many imbalances as it allows. Only so much can be done in one session before the body must process what has been released.

6. What do we address in a session?

We can target a particular physical or emotional problem or keep it more general and address imbalances that are preventing you from achieving optimal health, your true potential, relationship issues, money blocks, etc.

7. Can I work on a specific traumatic event?

If there is something that you know has impacted you strongly that may be the underlying cause of what you are experiencing you are more than welcome to bring it to the session. You can disclose as much of it as you feel comfortable.

8. Are my sessions confidential?

Yes, absolutely. Your sessions are never shared.

9. Why does it matter if I clear trapped emotions or not?

Our bodies are made of energy. Unhappy, trapped emotions can “fester” causing emotional and physical distress.

10. What should one expect after doing a session?

“The body has to process which can usually last for a few hours to a few days.

I program your subconscious mind to process smoothly, but sometimes people will notice “symptoms” of processing, such as emotional sensitivity, crying, sleeplessness, a need for more sleep, vivid dreams, etc.

Most people tend to feel lighter and happier after a session.
